Bob Wilson to Speak at WCCP 22nd Annual Claims Management & Leadership Conference

Sarasota, FL (WorkersCompensation.com) – Bob Wilson, President & CEO of WorkersCompensation.com, will be speaking at the Association of Workers' Compensation Claims Professionals 22nd Annual Claims Management & Leadership Conference in June. His session will be called “Breaking the Cycle of Entitlement: How Do We Get Better?”

The conference will be held June 9 – 12, 2013, at the Waldorf Astoria Resort in Naples, Florida.

Wilson is the author of the blog “From Bob's Cluttered Desk”, which was honored by LexisNexis as one of the top 25 workers' comp blogs in the country for 2011 and 2012. He has written extensively about improving the industry's approach to claims processing and recovery management, including an article with the same title as his presentation.
