The National Workers' Compensation Defense Network will host a conference on June 6 & 7, 2012 in New Orleans. The June 6 evening reception will be held at the National WWII Museum. Founded by renowned historian and Pulitzer Prize winning author, Stephen Ambrose, the National WWII Museum tells the story of the American Experience in the war that changed the world — why it was fought, how it was won, and what it means today — so that all generations will understand the price of freedom and be inspired by what they learn. In addition to showcasing large artifacts of the war and exhibits on D-Day at Normandy, the Home Front and the Pacific, the museum houses the Solomon Victory Theater which shows Beyond All Boundaries, a film produced by Tom Hanks.
