Dorian Kenleigh, MD, MPH, FACOEM Joins MedRisk as National Medical Director

West Conshohocken, Pa. (October 22, 2025) – MedRisk, a leader in managed care, payment integrity, and network solutions, has named Dorian Kenleigh, MD, MPH, as its new Medical Director.

Dr. Kenleigh brings extensive expertise in bioengineering, medicine, and public health to his new role. Board-certified in Preventive Medicine and Occupational and Environmental Medicine, he has served in leadership roles that span clinical care, utilization management, and medical informatics. 

As Medical Director, Dr. Kenleigh will provide clinical oversight and strategic direction for MedRisk’s evidence-based medical management programs, ensuring the highest standards of care and optimal outcomes for injured workers. He will also collaborate closely with MedRisk’s Bill Review Services team to further strengthen clinical integration, promote consistency in medical decision-making, and enhance the accuracy and efficiency of bill review.

Active in professional service, Dr. Kenleigh served on the Board of the Western Occupational and Environmental Medical Association (WOEMA), is a current section leader with the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine (ACOEM), and contributes as an expert for both the Arizona Medical Board and the Industrial Commission of Arizona.

He holds a Doctor of Medicine and a Master of Public Health, as well as certification as a Medical Review Officer and Independent Medical Examiner.
