Willis Group Expands Surety Team

New York, NY (CompNewsNetwork) - Willis Group Holdings (NYSE: WSH), the global insurance broker, today announced the growth of Willis North America’s Surety Practice with the appointments of Bryan Martin as Senior Vice President, Bruce Poitevin as Vice President, and Jean Neu and Erin Bautista, all of Willis Insurance Services of California, Inc. These industry leaders join Willis from ABD where they led the surety practice and established a position as an industry leader in all areas of surety with an emphasis on construction and developers. They specialize in client service, marketing and new product development, and will be based in San Francisco and San Jose, California.

Bryan Martin was most recently Senior Vice President of ABD’s Surety Practice Group and started his career in 1990. He earned his Bachelor’s degree from Emory University, his MBA in Finance from New York University and has a CFA designation. 

Bruce Poitevin joins Willis from ABD Insurance and Financial Services where he served as Vice President for three and a half years. He has 30 years experience in the surety industry, and graduated from Reed College with a degree in Economics.

Jean Neu joins Willis from ABD’s Surety practice where she served as Assistant Vice President. Neu has been in the surety industry for 16 years.

Erin Bautista joins Willis from ABD’s Surety practice where she served as Assistant Vice President. Bautista has been in the surety and insurance industry for 21 years.
