Willis Appoints Timothy Clarke To Drive Growth And Retention For New York Region

New York, NY   (CompNewsNetwork) - Willis Group Holdings (NYSE: WSH), the global insurance broker, today announced the appointment of Timothy Clarke as Regional Growth Leader – New York Region and Executive Vice President of Willis of New York, Inc., effective immediately.  Clarke's responsibilities include leading client retention and growth for Connecticut and New York State including New York City and Long Island.

Clarke was most recently a Managing Director and Senior Client Executive in Marsh's Client Services Group in New York, handling Fortune 500 financial institution, consumer products and real estate accounts. His insurance career began in 1985 when he joined Johnson & Higgins as a College of Insurance work study student. A graduate of the College of Insurance, he majored in Property and Casualty, and minored in Ocean Marine Insurance.
