About the Role 

We are hiring a Sales Representative to drive new subscriptions for Simply Research, our core Workers’ Compensation research platform. This role owns the sales process from discovery through demo, proposal, and close, with a strong focus on understanding client workflows, multi-state complexity, and real-world claims needs. As relationships grow, this role expands accounts through Simply Claims Kits, Simply Forms, and select advertising opportunities when appropriate. 

This position is consultative, performance-driven, and grounded in credibility. We are looking for someone who listens well, asks smart questions, follows through, and closes. 

What You Will Do 

  • Prospect and qualify buyers across carriers, TPAs, and employers 
  • Lead discovery conversations centered on compliance, research, and multi-state claims challenges 
  • Deliver structured Simply Research demos using provided scripts and training 
  • Own opportunities from discovery through proposal and close 
  • Identify and advance cross-sell opportunities based on client fit and readiness 
  • Represent the company professionally at Workers’ Compensation conferences 
  • Maintain a clean, accurate pipeline with consistent follow-through 

What You Will Bring 

  • Workers’ Compensation industry experience in claims, compliance, or sales 
  • Full-cycle B2B sales experience with demos and closing responsibility 
  • Strong emotional intelligence with a trust-based, consultative communication style 
  • Comfort with accountability, follow-up, and advancing deals to close 
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment 
  • Willingness to travel for industry events
