Susan Azar Appointed to Michigan Funds Administration Board of Trustees

Lancing, MI  (CompNewsNetwork) - Michigan Governor Jennifer Granholm announced the appointment of Susan Azar of Northville  to the Funds Administration's Board of Trustees. 

The Funds Administration's Board oversees the Self-Insurers' Security Fund, Second Injury Fund, and the Silicosis, Dust Disease and Logging Industry Compensation Fund.  Ms. Azar is the manager of workers' compensation for General Motors Corporation, and is appointed to represent employers authorized to act as self-insurers for a term expiring April 30, 2012.  She succeeds Libby Child whose term has expired.
