Pennsylvania Labor and Industry Relocates Philadelphia Offices

                               HARRISBURG, Pa., Nov. 19 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Effective Monday, Department of Labor & Industry offices at the Philadelphia State Office Building, 1400 Spring Garden St., will be relocated to 110 N. 8th St. (8th and Arch Streets), Philadelphia.

The relocated offices are the Bureau of Labor Law Compliance, Bureau of Mediation, Workers' Compensation Appeal Board and Workers' Compensation Office of Adjudication.

The Bureau of Labor Law Compliance enforces a variety of laws, including child labor, equal pay, prevailing wage and minimum wage payment.

The Bureau of Mediation provides impartial, professional mediators to help with labor negotiations.

The Workers' Compensation Office of Adjudication handles litigation of workers' compensation cases, and L&I's Workers' Compensation Appeal Board hears appeals of workers' compensation judge decisions. More information is online at www.dli.state.pa.us.
