New Mexico Announces 2008 Injured Worker Benefit Amounts

Santa Fe, NM  (CompNewsNetwork) - New Mexico announced benefits for newly injured workers.  These benefits are adjusted each year based on the State Average Weekly Wage.

The State Ave Weekly wage is $635.46, percentage of SAWW is 100%, Maximum Weekly Benefit is $635.46, Minimum Weekly Benefit is $36.00.

Total weeks for benefits is 700, and Maximum Benefit Amount is $444,822.
