Michael Robichaud, age 42,  Milford, was arrested on July 17, 2008, and charged with one count of Forgery in the Second Degree, a felony punishable by up to five years imprisonment.

According to the arrest warrant affidavit, a complaint was made to the Workers' Compensation Fraud Control Bureau in the Division of Criminal Justice that Mr. Robichaud (doing business as MJR Contracting, LLC) submitted a forged Certificate of Liability Insurance as part of a construction bidding process.
