GAB Robins North America Names New Director Of Learning And Organizational Development

 Parsippany, NJ  (CompNewsNetwork) - GAB Robins North America, Inc., a leader in providing global risk management services, announced that Paula Mayers Styles will serve as Director of Learning and Organizational Development for North American Operations.

Ms. Mayers Styles joins GAB Robins from Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, where she served as a Senior Learning Consultant.  She previously served as a Senior Learning and Development Consultant at MetLife.  Ms. Mayers Styles co-founded and served as Chief Executive Officer of Spectrum eBusiness Solutions, Inc., and her career also includes experiences at Barnes and Noble.com, Merrill Lynch, Prudential Insurance Company and J&M Brown Associates.

She earned her bachelor's degree magna cum laude from Kean University.  She also holds a master's degree in human resources, training and development from Seton Hall University and has completed all coursework toward a doctorate in organizational leadership -- adult learning from Columbia University.  Ms. Mayers Styles is a member of the American Society for Training and Development.
