California State Fund Hosts Free Seminar On Cal/OSHA Sweeps In Bakersfield

Bakersfield/San Francisco, CA (CompNewsNetwork) - California State Compensation Insurance Fund is hosting a seminar entitled “Surviving a Surprise Inspection from Cal/OSHA.” Offered at no charge as part of State Fund’s Employer Education Series, this seminar is open to the public. The morning presentation is scheduled for Thursday, September 25, at Hodel’s Country Dining in Bakersfield, California.

This seminar will clarify the concept behind the targeted "sweeps" of Cal/OSHA’s enforcement unit—the Economic and Employment Enforcement Coalition (EEEC)—and increase employer potential for a citation-free inspection.

The seminar location is Hodel’s Country Dining, 5917 Knudsen Drive, Bakersfield. On-site registration and complimentary continental breakfast are scheduled to begin at 7:45 a.m. and run until 8:15 a.m., followed by the presentation from 8:15 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. Free parking is available.
