Broadspire Extends Global Footprint

ATLANTA, June 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- After delivering custom third party administration (TPA) solutions to an impressive client base for more than two decades, Crawford & Company (NYSE: CRDA; CRDB) announced today that its United Kingdom TPA operation is now Broadspire, a Crawford company.  This exciting step in the continuing evolution of Broadspire globalizes the well-respected Broadspire name and provides clients with international access to unparalleled services and expertise. 
 
In addition to establishing Broadspire's global footprint, international clients will benefit from having a single source that delivers an array of claim and medical management solutions.  Augmenting Broadspire's traditional delivery of workers' compensation, auto and general liability claims administration and associated medical management services, the UK team's wide range of administrative solutions includes:
* Employers' liability, public liability and product liability
* Auto, property and uninsured loss recovery 
* Construction and engineering, business interruption and marine and transportation
* Personal injury and rehabilitation

Martino will continue to lead Broadspire's United States team, and Margaret Clubley, vice president, Broadspire UK, will still head operations in the United Kingdom.  Benedict V. Burke, senior vice president and chief executive officer, UK & Ireland, will continue to oversee all United Kingdom operations.
