Work Place Concussions and Mild Brain Injuries

                       

Course Description:
The claims adjustor and/or professional will understand how to identify the consequences of concussion, treatment options and safety considerations for return to work by defining concussions and mild brain injuries. The student will learn how to describe the mechanism of injury for a concussion in the work place, understanding the risk factors for the workers along with recognizing the signs / symptoms of a concussion.

• Certifications: CCM, CRC, CDMS nationwide
• Adjuster: AL, DE, FL, GA, ID, IN, KY, MS, MN, MT, NC, NM, NV, OK, OR (WC CERT.), TX, UT

• Florida Occupational Therapist
