Please join us for this live event where the Workers’ Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau of California (WCIRB) will review the California Workers’ Compensation Uniform Statistical Reporting Plan—1995 (USRP) changes that impact January 1, 2021 and September 1, 2021 policies. This will include a presentation of the substantial changes to simplify the Multiple Enterprises rule and the Iron or Steel erection classifications that recently became effective on September 1st, as well as review Classification 8871, Clerical Telecommuter Employees and other classification changes that have been in effect since January 1st.
