The agenda features presentations and workshops led by experts from the Industrial Commission and others. The program is designed to educate participants in the North Carolina workers’ compensation system regarding current law, rules, procedures, policies and forms and to provide an opportunity for dialogue. Employers, insurance adjusters, self-insurers, third party administrators, safety and human resource managers, plaintiff and defense attorneys, health care providers, mediators, medical and rehabilitation providers, and anyone with a professional interest in the North Carolina workers' compensation system will receive valuable information.

Application is pending for continuing education credits for Attorney CLE, Paralegal CPE, Adjuster CE, SHRM CE, and Rehabilitation CRC/CDMS/CCM credits. The applications include 2 hours of ethics for attorneys, 1 hour of technology credit for attorneys, and 1 hour ethics for adjusters and rehabilitation professionals. A certificate of completion will be available for other disciplines.
