(THIS IS NOT A NOTICE OF INTENT TO ACT ON A REGULATION)The Division of Industrial Relations of the Department of Business and Industry, State of Nevada(“Division”) will hold a workshop seeking public comment on proposed permanent regulationsamending Chapter 616A through 617, inclusive, of the Nevada Administrative Code (“NAC”) onDecember 17, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. The purpose of the public workshop is to receive comments fromall interested parties regarding the contents of the proposed regulations being developed by theDivision of Industrial Relations (“Division”). This meeting will be held in person, via MicrosoftTeams, and by phone. Microsoft Teams allows for video and teleconferencing.
