March 12 marked one year since the State of Pennsylvania began implementing measures to slow the spread of COVID-19.  PSIA continues to help our members navigate the ever-evolving issues raised by the various stages of the pandemic. 

Last Fall, we presented a webinar series on how Covid was impacting the work environment and medical management of claims.  We also discussed the associated legal ramifications arising throughout  the industry.  As we move past the terrible Winter of 2020, into the mass vaccination phase, we share the hope that  this phase will ultimately lead to some semblance of normalcy.  But new questions arise:  What will be the medical impact of mass vaccinations?  How about related employment issues?  And finally, what will the new workplace look like as we return?
