Passing The Torch – Addressing the Talent Gap

Mark Pew, Claire Muselman, Barry Bloom, Rachel Fikes and Melissa Wright – along with Marques Torbert (Ametros) and Drew Cortese (United Airlines) co-founded The Transitions due to the overwhelming response from their virtual National WC & Disability Conference session on 10/21/20. Since that time they have launched this industry movement to address the generational shift occurring, from the institutional knowledge that is leaving to the new perspectives and expectations entering.

As of 4/1/21 they have produced five national webinars on various subjects and have a total of 12 webinars planned thru August. They have also created and launched a Mentoring Program that is a free resource to connect mentors and mentees to facilitate professional and personal growth within the work comp and risk management industries with visions for further growth.

This session will focus on why Work Comp needs to be reimagined (even rebranded) and global strategies / specific tactics to make that happen. The panel will discuss what has been accomplished thus far in Creating a Transition Plan and motivate the audience to embark upon their own journey. The format will be highly interactive and focus on storytelling with specific takeaway action items.

We think you’ll love this information and it will most certainly give you some tools to deal with the continuing challenges that all claims operations are facing with the loss of talent.

You will hear about some interesting strategies as well as some cases that will demonstrate best practices for you to implement immediately.

This dynamic session, presented by a energetic group of industry experts, is a must-see!

Register here to attend.  As alway, attendance is free for CSIA members in good standing and $25 for non-members.
