KC DOL 45th Annual Workers’ Compensation Seminar

The seminar is the official information resource from the Kansas Department of Labor (KDOL), Workers Compensation Division. Formal sessions throughout the two-day seminar deliver meaningful education with no commercial content. Topics include legislative and procedural changes, updates to forms and publications, requirements in electronic reporting, advancements made in the field of medicine and more.

Pre-Approved Continuing Education:

• Kansas Attorneys - This program has been approved by the Kansas Continuing Legal Education Commission for a maximum of 13.00 continuing legal education credits including 2.00 hours of Ethics and Professionalism.
• Missouri Attorneys - This program has been approved by The Missouri Bar for up to 13.2 continuing legal education credits, including 2.4 hours of Professionalism Credit. Missouri attorneys are invited to complete an evaluation available at the continuing education table.
• Certified Case Manager Ethics CE - This program has been pre-approved by The Commission for Case Manager Certification to provide Ethics continuing education credit to CCM® board certified case managers.
