Ethics for NC Adjusters

This presentation will provide insurance adjusters with curricula to gain professional expertise while fulfilling continuing education requirements for Ethics in North Carolina. It is divided into four sections: (1) Communicating with Physicians and Rehabilitation Providers; (2) Enforcement of Settlement Agreements; (3) Bad Faith Claims; and (4) the Tripartite Relationship.

This course has been approved for 3.0 Ethics CE Hours for North Carolina adjusters (home state designation only), is free to all attendees, and applicable to all levels of experience.
