Ethics for NC Adjusters

This presentation will provide insurance adjusters with curricula to gain professional expertise while fulfilling continuing education requirements for Ethics in North Carolina. It is divided into four sections: (1) Communicating with Physicians and Rehabilitation Providers; (2) Enforcement of Settlement Agreements; (3) Bad Faith Claims; and (4) the Tripartite Relationship. Presenters will be Teague Campbell attorneys Kyla Block, Jennifer Milak, and Lindsay Underwood.
