• Explore the types of ethics with a focus on applied ethics in investigations
• Explain the fundamental elements in professionalism in the insurance and private investigation industry
• Discuss the ethical/unethical behaviors and scenarios seen in surveillance by private investigations
• Review the laws and consequences that directly impact how private investigators conduct ethical investigations
• Discuss key information so that adjusters can understand the investigation process and what actions are ethical/unethical for private investigators
