Accident Investigation for Public Employers

Public employers face unique challenges given the large number of employees and the wide range of services these employees provide to the community. This presentation will prepare public employers and adjusters to address these challenges by discussing workers' compensation and liability considerations when investigating accidents, best practices for public employers, and barriers that may arise throughout the investigation and resolution process.
