In order to accommodate and reach as much of our audience as possible, the Oregon Workers’ Compensation Division, with sponsorship from the International Workers’ Compensation Foundation, is holding the 2022 Oregon Workers’ Compensation Education Conference as a virtual event.

The conference is designed to enhance understanding of the Oregon workers’ compensation system and improve processes and services that affect injured workers and employers. The sessions cover topics of interest for the entire workers’ compensation community.

The conference has sponsorship opportunities, as well as a virtual exhibitor hall featuring service providers.

Who should attend?

Employers, attorneys, safety and human resource managers, insurers, self-insured employers, third-party administrators, claim-closure service providers, insurance agents, injured workers, union representatives, medical providers, serviceprovider staff who handle billing and documentation, managed care organizations, and vocational rehabilitation providers are encouraged to attend. In fact, anyone with a professional interest in the workers’ compensation system in Oregon will receive valuable information at this conference. Continuing education units:

Continuing education credits are pending for attorneys, claims examiners, HR professionals, and medical and vocational rehabilitation providers who have completed required courses. Certificates of attendance are available for other disciplines.

Cancellation and refund policy:

Written cancellations and requests for refunds must be received by IWCF in order to receive a refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after Friday, Oct. 21, 2022; the full registration fee will be forfeited if you do not attend. Substitution of personnel is recommended in lieu of cancellation after Oct. 21, 2022.
