2022 ASIA Conference

The Arizona Self-Insurers' Association is honored to present their 2022 Annual Conference "Workers' Compensation: A Caring Approach." The Conference will be held on November 10th from 7:00 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort at 11111 N. 7th Street, Phoenix, Arizona 85020.

The Keynote Speaker is Dr. Claire Muselman with "A Love Letter to the Workers' Compensation Industry". Dr. Muselman is a well-renowned national speaker and will present her innovative approach in emphasizing the human side of the workers' compensation industry.

Other speakers include Russell Smoldon with B3 Strategies on current legislative issues; Robert Minor with the National Council of Self-Insurers on national trends; Adam Fisher of Sedgwick and Bryan Conner of American Airlines on 'Embracing Analytics'; Virginia Baba on 'PetSmart's Perspective on Compassion'; Kevin Cullens of City of Scottsdale and Merl Miller of Performance Ergonomics with 'Modern Modifications in the Work Place'; and Amanda Gray with Gila Health Resources and Seema Lord with FreePort-McMoRan on 'Support Through Recovery'.

This conference is open to anyone within the Workers' Compensation industry. A golf tournament will be held the following day, November 11, 2022, at the Lookout Mountain Golf Course at the Pointe Tapatio Cliffs Resort.

The Arizona Self-Insurers Association is the only organization in Arizona dedicated to representing self-insured and high-deductible employers in workers' compensation legislation, education and policy issues.
