2021 USRP Changes

The Workers' Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau of California (WCIRB) will go over changes to the California Workers’ Compensation Uniform Statistical Reporting Plan—1995 (USRP) that impact September 1, 2021 policies, including substantial changes made to simplify the Multiple Enterprises rule and the Iron or Steel Erection classifications. Also learn about Classification 8871, Clerical Telecommuter Employees, which became effective on January 1, 2021.
