Additional hard copies of the statute and rule books may also be obtained by visiting our payment portal here. Please Note: The physical copies are to be shipped AFTER the seminar or may be picked up at the ICA Phoenix office (800 W. Washington St., Phoenix 85007) at the end of August 2021.
