2018 CLM West Florida Chapter Education and Networking Event

This CLE/CE will focus on identifying and avoiding typical bad faith traps and set-ups in claims handling. The presentation will address pre-suit matters in first and third-party bad faith claims that include the typical bad faith traps and set-ups utilized today in bodily injury claims. The presentation will also focus on civil remedy notices in the first-party context, related specifically to UM and property claims.
