How to Handle and Mitigate Intervention Claims in Minnesota

This webinar will focus on best practices for handling intervention claims under Minnesota Workers' Compensation Law. With the recent Minnesota Supreme Court decision affirming an Employer and Insurer's ability to extinguish an intervenor's rights for their failure to intervene within 60 days of adequate notice, it is even more important for claims handlers and attorneys to be aware of how to best handle all potential intervention claims. 

The attorneys will also discuss strategies for resolving intervention balances and ensuring that payment amounts are consistent with the Minnesota Workers’ Compensation Fee Schedule.
