April 15, 2026 (BOCA RATON, FL)—“Every State Has a Story: CA, NY, and NCCI ”is just one of the sessions that the National Council on Compensation Insurance (NCCI) will feature at its Annual Insights Symposium (AIS) 2026, May 11–13, 2026, in Orlando, FL. Tracy Ryan, NCCI President and CEO, will be joined by Andrea Coleman, President and CEO of the Workers’ Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau of California, and Jeremy Attie, President and CEO of the New York Compensation Insurance Rating Board.

“No two states are exactly alike and this session is an opportunity to explore both where they differ and where the trends we’re watching are consistent,” said Tracy. “We’ll also highlight the collaboration across bureaus and our shared commitment to supporting a strong and sustainable workers compensation system.”

“This session at AIS will create space for meaningful dialogue across state experiences, promoting shared insight that helps the industry better understand broader workers compensation trends,” said Andrea.

AIS provides an important forum for open discussions,” said Jeremy. “We’ll bring diverse state level perspectives together to support transparency and clarity across the system,”

Tracy will open the symposium with key insights and a forward-looking vision for the industry. A highlight of AIS is NCCI’s State of the Line Report, an exclusive review of the workers compensation system from NCCI’s Chief Actuary Donna Glenn, FCAS, MAAA.

More than 900 insurance leaders will gather at AIS, the industry’s premier event, to address today’s most relevant issues and foster valuable connections across the industry. For complete details on the agenda and to register for AIS 2026, visit ncci.com/AIS.
