The Art of Follow Up is a 30-minute, interactive Wisdom Wednesday panel discussion and the second session in our leadership series that began with Coach, Don’t Command.

This conversation focuses on what happens after the coaching moment—how intentional follow-up turns insight into action and accountability into growth. Panelists will explore practical strategies for:
