12:235-10.1 Causes for discipline or removal
(a) A judge may be disciplined for:
1. Violation of the Code of Conduct for Judges of Compensation;
2. Willful misconduct including misconduct which, although not directly pertaining to judicial duties, brings the office into disrepute or is prejudicial to the administration of justice;
3. Failure, neglect, or inability to perform judicial duties; or
- 4. Failure to notify the Director when the judge has reason to believe that a medical report, medical bill for services, or medical finding has been altered, falsified, or withheld by a licensed physician, dentist, chiropractor, osteopath, optometrist, physical therapist, medical technician, attorney, or a representative of an insurance insurance carrier or self-insured.
