RULE 2. REPRESENTATION

A. Natural Persons. Any natural person may act pro se or be represented by an attorney who is licensed to practice law in the State of Idaho, or who is associated with an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of Idaho

B. Parties Other Than Natural Persons. Except as otherwise set forth in these rules, all parties other than natural persons must be represented by an attorney who is licensed to practice law in the State of Idaho or who is associated with an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of Idaho. This requirement includes, but is not limited to, the filing of any document in any matter in which a complaint has been filed and participating in any proceeding before the Commission.
