Sarasota, FL (WorkersCompensation.com) – The Members' Area to WorkersCompensation.com now has a new mobile site. The company has announced that WorkCompResearch.com's mobile site officially went live last week for its subscribers.
Users now accessing WorkCompResearch.com with a smart phone or other small screen handheld device will automatically be taken to a special mobile area of the website. It offers much of the content currently available on WCR, but in a much more “mobile friendly” environment.
WCR mobile users will find convenient access to forms, searchable rules and statutes, court opinions, Compliance library, State Comparison Center and benefits calculators.
The company notes that the WCR Reference Desk is not yet available in the mobile version, due to what is described as additional challenges presented by the varied systems that comprise that area. However, the company's developers continue to work to bring the Reference Desk to the mobile app.
The company has also announced that an iPhone/iPad app is in development in conjunction with the mobile project, and it is expected to be available soon.
WorkCompResearch was launched by WorkersCompensation.com in 2007, and is the single largest legislative and compliance information center available for workers' comp. It offers the industries largest library of “Type and Save” enabled forms, a Compliance Center, a Legal Library, State Comparison Center, Benefits Calculators and a comprehensive Reference Desk.
