Vicki has more than 20 years' experience in developing and implementing integrated clinical case management programs for employer organizations, including medical, salary continuation, leaves of absence, Short and Long-Term Disability and Workers' Compensation.

She has been recognized by the National Business Group on Health's Honor Role for her contributions to the industry and to the Employer Measures of Productivity and Quality (EMPAQ). She holds a BA in Nursing and is a Diplomat of the American Board of Quality Assurance and Utilization Review Professionals (CHCQM). She is a Certified Professional in Disability Management (CPDM), a member of the Disability Management Employers Coalition (DMEC) and a past member of the National Business Group on Health's Council for Employee Health and Productivity (CEHP).
