OK Work Comp Commission: Impact Statement for Emergency Rules Released

                               

Oklahoma City, OK (WorkersCompensation.com) - Hopper Smith, Executive Director of the Oklahoma Workers’ Compensation Commission has released a notice that the organization is “…promulgating emergency rules and forms pertaining to the Oklahoma Legislature’s enactment of SB 1249 creating the Affidavit of Exempt Status (in lieu of a Certificate of Noncoverage) and Cancellation of an Affidavit of Exempt Status.”

The bill outlines "Workers' compensation; modifying certain liability; establishing procedures for Affidavit of Exempt Status."
