OK WC Court Administrator Sets Public Hearing on Proposed Treatment Guidelines

Tulsa, OK WorkersCompensation.com) - The Workers' Compensation Court Administrator will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, December 12, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. in the Auditorium of the Kerr State Office Building, 440 South Houston, Tulsa, Oklahoma. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments regarding the Physician Advisory Committee's (PAC) proposed Oklahoma Treatment Guidelines - Spine. The public hearing is per 85 O.S., §373.

This public hearing follows two recent public hearings on the proposed guidelines. The Physician Advisory Committee, which drafted the proposed guidelines, approved them following a public hearing on 10/19/12. The Advisory Council on Workers' Compensation endorsed the guidelines on 11/19/12 following a public hearing, and then referred them to the Court Administrator for consideration.
