WorkersCompensation.com Partners With LinkedIn Work Comp Analysis Group To Create Online Resource Center
Sarasota, FL (CompNewsNetwork) – A new website was launched this week to serve as a comprehensive resource center for the largest workers' compensation group on LinkedIn, the Work Comp Analysis Group (WCAG). The website, the result of a partnership between WCAG Founder and Manager Mark Walls and WorkersCompensation.com is available at www.workcompanalysisgroup.com. Mr. Walls is also Assistant Vice President – Claims at Safety National.
The Work Comp Analysis Group has become the largest discussion group on the business networking site LinkedIn.com dedicated to workers' compensation issues. In existence less than 2 years, it has grown to more than 6,000 members. Walls recently conducted a survey of the group, and learned that the members wanted easy access to more specific data, including state laws and regulations, news, blogs and events. WorkersCompensation.com partnered with Walls to build the website, providing the technical support, data and hosting to bring the site live.
“The core purpose of WCAG is to provide a forum for idea and knowledge sharing within the work comp industry,” said Walls. “The LinkedIn platform has provided us a great outlet for that mission and this partnership creating WorkCompAnalysisGroup.com greatly enhances our ability to be the best resource for work comp issues.”
Robert Wilson, President & CEO of WorkersCompensation.com, said of the project, “We are very pleased to be able to partner with Mark on WorkCompAnalysisGroup.com. He has diligently built an excellent resource for the workers' compensation community, and I believe we can provide the proper services to enhance the work he has done. We offer the largest online source for vital workers' comp information, and affiliating with his group just seemed like a natural fit to us.” In addition to the extensive information offered on the WCAG site, WorkersCompensation.com is offering WCAG members a substantial discount to its subscription area, WorkCompResearch.com.
Future enhancements will include an event calendar, as well as a survey system that will allow the group to provide vital feedback on a variety of issues and topics.
