Oklahoma City, OK (WorkersCompensation.com) - The Oklahoma Workers' Compensation Commission on Thursday approved a proposed 2022 Draft Medical Fee Schedule revised with the assistance of external consultant FAIR Health, a national, independent non-profit organization. The Proposed Draft Fee Schedule is now published on the Commission website for a 30-day public comment period for submission of written comment. The Commission will also conduct a public hearing to hear any oral comment. This review and update is being conducted pursuant to a biannual review and approval process set forth in 85A O.S. § 50(H).

The Proposed Fee Schedule can be found at https://www.ok.gov/wcc/Medical/index.html.
