15 States Agree to Purdue Pharma Bankruptcy Re-organization
White Plains, NY (WorkersCompensation.com) – Fifteen states, including New York and Massachusetts, have settled with Purdue Pharma in an agreement that would move forward a $4.5 billion judgement against the company and its role in the opioid crisis.
