Managing Employee Leaves is More challenging Than Ever, Thanks to COVID-19
Sarasota, FL (WorkersCompensation.com) Budget and culture — those are the two primary reasons employers cite for not having a formal return-to-work program. In a survey of nearly 800 employers, fewer than 4 in 10 had a program, although some 10 percent said they plan to in the future. Additional reasons for not having a RTW program were:
Too few resources
The perception that a RTW isn’t needed because their organization was too small to warrant one
