Pleasanton, CA (WorkersCompensation.com) - State Compensation Insurance Fund (State Fund) has been ranked as one of the top-ten organizations in the world for employee training and development by Training Magazine's Top 100 Awards. The Top 100 Awards are a global ranking of organizations that excel at training and the development of human capital.

In addition to the sixth-place ranking overall, State Fund also won an award in the Outstanding Training Initiative category for its “Case of the Missing Case,” a multi-episode training video about enterprise security featuring State Fund executives and staff.

The premier awards program in the learning industry, the Top 100 Awards measures an organization's complete corporate training program including areas such as scope of curriculum, how training links to enterprise goals, and business outcomes.

“This award shines a light on the talent and commitment of our training and development teams, as well our focus on investing in the long-term success of our employees so they can continue to deliver for our policyholders and injured workers,” said Andreas Acker, Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer at State Fund. “We're excited and humbled to be recognized alongside so many well-known global brands and we truly appreciate the honor.”

State Fund has been recognized by the Top 100 for the past four years, starting with a rank of 87th in 2018 and placing higher on the list each successive year.
