Nursing Home Employee Killed By 95-Year-Old Resident
Lafayette, CO (WorkersCompensation.com) – Authorities said a 95-year-old nursing home resident was arrested Feb. 3 after admitting to police he had shot and killed one of the home’s employees.
Police said the resident, Okey Payne, shot Ricardo Medina-Rojas, a maintenance worker at the facility, one time in the head after a brief altercation.
