Uber Drivers Sue Company Claiming App Is Coercing Them Into Voting 'Yes' On Prop 22
Sacramento, CA (WorkersCompensation.com) A group of Uber drivers is suing the company for allegedly using the app they work from to coerce them into voting ‘yes’ on a proposition that would deny the drivers of some of their labor rights.
According to court documents, the drivers allege that before logging onto the Uber app to begin work, they are presented with a slide show that tells them how they would be affected if the proposition fails.
