NJ Now Has Rebuttable Presumption Law for COVID-19-Related Claims
Trenton, NJ (WorkersCompensation.com) – Add New Jersey to the list of the more than a dozen states with a COVID-19 presumption mandate. Gov. Phil Murphy signed Sb 2380 into law yesterday. The rebuttable presumption is retroactive to March 9 .
