Poughkeepsie, NY (WorkersCompensation.com) – A Poughkeepsie family is fighting the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board for benefits they say they are entitled to after the death of their father.
An attorney for Kanye Green has filed suit against the Board, asking that they pay him the remaining 38.8 weeks of workers’ compensation benefits that had been paid to his father, Eric Watson.
