Summerfield, NC (WorkersCompensation.com) - Mt Airy Parents Inc, a North Carolina enterprise that operated a dozen McDonald's restaurants in the state’s Piedmont Triad area, has paid a civil monetary penalty of $17,586 for breaching child labor requirements of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
