Mail-Order WC Pharmacy Agrees to $11 Million Settlement Over Prescription Drug Allegations
Andover, MA (WorkersCompensation.com) – A mail-order pharmacy that serves the workers’ compensation system throughout the country has agreed to a settlement over allegations of improper opioid dispensing. Among the terms if that Injured Workers Pharmacy will pay $11 million to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
