Survey Finds Over Twenty Percent of Patients Find Errors In Their Medical Records
Sarasota, FL (WorkersCompensation.com) – A survey study published this month in the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA) suggests you may want to double check your medical records. Researchers from Israel Deaconess Medical Center and Harvard Medical School analyzed the answers of 136,815 ambulatory care patients who had logged in and reviewed their electronic medical records at least once within the past 12 months.
